The game will crash. It isn't 64bit and will crap out after hitting the 2-3gb memory wall for 32bit processes.

I know. I've tried large year gens :P  you have to have low civ counts, cull unimportant people, etc on a pocket world for even a 10k year one to Gen properly from my experiences.
