I start a new adventurer game, and the first thing that happened when I stepped foot in town was "The Mangrove wagon has been scuttled". I thought that was rather strange, but it got weirder still. The local peasants began telling the tale of  , who was scuttled in this very town.

A bit later, the I was in a different town, and the exact same thing happened. Another wagon scuttled, another tale of .

I now have two different legends about a wagon with no name being scuttled, and they are exactly alike except the town they happened in.

Is there some sort of Null-string-named Wagon-slaying Festival in the human civilization, or is this just one particularly weird bug?
