Have one of those FB that have the knockback cloud effect, and it was fighting a serpent man. It used its "cloud of forgotten beast frozen extract" and it (the damn FB itself) promptly suffers continuous self knockback from it that lasts for several pages and inflicts multiple severe injuries to it. Is this normal...

See ... you shouldn't use area of effect concussion weapons in confined spaces.

Nope.  I saw we weaponize it by sticking it in a narrow passage with a floodgate between it and a chained animal.  Raise the gate, the FB dusts it and launches itself as a projectile at whatever's on the far end of the channel.  Forgotten Beast Cannon!

Dunno, the dust clowns I saw in the circus when my adventurer took a trip there certainly were knocking eachother around randomly with their dust.  They hurt eachother more than they hurt me.

update: the FB has inflicted fatal injuries to itself and died. Much amusement was had.
