Clarence firmly places the form on the desk with what looks to be a cross between a scowl and a smirk, narrowing his eyes at Maribel.

Staring blankly at Bertrude, HAL waits patiently until he speaks again with his creepy monotone voice.
"You know, this is annoying me a little.." He then dosn't say anything more and his internal fuse is cut a little bit shorter.

Maribel smiles patiently, then remembers the three auxillary address forms and the five forms that need to be filled out to receive these forms, but she has only half of those here, one of them rendered illegible by random scrawling. Then she pulls out a completely unrelated form and asks the customer to get it counter-signed at the other end of the Registry.

Furthermore, she reminds the man that using your own pen for those forms is, regrettably, illegal and you would be required to request one of the Registry's, for a 500 zorkmids fee and a Pen Requestation Form B7.
