I'm an amateur composer looking for a project to work on.  Whether it be a game soundtrack or whatever, I don't really care.  I just need a direction to go in, as I'm finding it harder and harder to just write music for the hell of it.

So yeah, if you have a game you're developing that you need a soundtrack for, or anything really, I'm open to suggestions.  Just keep in mind that just about everything I write is pretty dark, and my main influences are metal-oriented, but I am always willing to experiment with new genres and ideas.

Feel free to check that out. It's my current coding project; there's also a big topic on it here at B12 in this forum. I can't deny that I'd probably LOVE having customized music, as I simply don't have the time to go about making any myself at present. I'd be more than happy to pay forward a percentage of any donations/income created from the project, if it ever gets to that point; otherwise a reasonable (one-time) amount would also be fine, of course.

The Homestuck fan fighter needs composers and voice actors. I don't know if it's remixes of existing songs or writing new ones, though.
If you don't already know, Homestuck is an excessively long webcomic. There's really no way to describe it in one sentence.

Woh awesome! I've actually been looking at this and am pretty exited by the prospect of it.  I'll see if I can come up with some sort of general theme for you and we can go from there.  I wasn't really looking to make any money off this, but if that's an option, that would be great (broke-ass musicians and all).  I'm going to read through your blog, and see if I can come up with anything for a general menu theme, though I would definitely appreciate any input you could offer as to what sort of instrumentation you would prefer.  Just from the name alone, I can see that something very dark sounding would be quite appropriate.

I've never done any remixes before.  I'm not really sure how well that would go down.  I've never read Homestuck before though, so I'd probably have to read through all of it to just get a feel for whether or not I could contribute something to it.
