Stonesense. I'm not sure it's updated for 31.25, but you can check.

EDIT: It's a plugin for DFHack now, and updated for 31.25.

Stonesense. I'm not sure it's updated for 31.25, but you can check. (Link coming momentarily)
I believe standalone stonesense is still only for .18, but DFhack's stonesense app can run for .25

Standalone Stonesense is up to 31.21.

There's also overseer/ogreseer that's not too shabby either.
