A quick question

Am I the only one who holds his breath accidentally in water levels? Gets weird when you notice that you're holding your breath for no reason.

Not really, but when I'm in an intense fight for example I will be unconsciously holding my breath from the tension, and then when it's over I'm wondering why I'm out of breath.

I do this. I also scream when my character is on fire, either by chat or by actual screaming.

Yeah, I know what you mean.  The other day I was playing Condemned : Criminal Origins, and when I would bash a guys head in with a lead pipe, I punched my Grandma in the mouth.

I don't do it accidentally. I sometimes (more often in the past, less often now) will hold my breath while my character is swimming, just to see how 'realistic' the oxygen bar is. Then again, I'm asthmatic, and I'm not swimming while holding my breath, so it's kind of inaccurate.

I tend to say "ow" or something when I'm getting hurt in a game. I have no idea why.

I think it happens to everyone suitably immersed in a game.

Oh, and those listening, the music is epic. You are given 10min of air, so the effects aren't obvious in the beginning of the track.
