urist has complained about the draft recently

so the bad thought of dorfs complaining about the draft..

is it like "ooo that breeze is making a draft, its chilly in here"

or "the god damn overseer drafted me, now I'm gonna get my severed part is going to sail of in an arc by a goblin"

This happens when you take a dwarf with no military skills and make him part of the military.  Annoyingly, it can happen repeatedly if the dwarf spends some of his time on-duty and some of it off-duty.  It will stop once the dwarf gains some level of combat skills.

That's military weapon skills, like swordsdwarf/axedwarf and not dodge/fighting/mining.
