you use only 1 metal, but each bar is 150 units ... resulting in using one bar gives 150*25 ammo

Change

REAGENT:A:1:METAL:NO_SUBTYPE:NONE:NONE

to

REAGENT:A:150:METAL:NO_SUBTYPE:NONE:NONE.

The problem with first line is that it uses only one piece of metal bar (1/150) and thus it multiplies the reaction150 times.
