Space Community - A game about cooperation, survival and expansion in space

Everyone are astronauts, given the tools to build a space station, the players have to cooperate to create a world of their own, floating amongst other worlds.
Everything are objects, anything from the limbs of a living being to the parts that make up the space station. Everything are rigid objects, not counting energy.
One of the first things the players should do is to build a basic hub and establish communication with an orbital supply station. By transferring research data
and other commodities, the station earns credit, wich they can buy supplies with, anything from new space station modules to food and fuel. They also have to retrieve
the supplies themselves. Building a space station is not a cakewalk, you need to keep the stocks up and the station in shape, various hazards and horrors lurk the dark
beyond and waits for any moment to strike. Anything from meteors and space wreckage to sickness and even rogue AI spacecraft full of combat drones that actively seek to
wreck your shit. Dangers will become exponentially frequent in waves, and something will force the crew to either perish or flee by any means possible, even if that means killing your
crewmates. In the end a round, points are counted; Points are awarded for surviving crewmembers, keeping within the bugdet, lifetime of the station and the average worker and doing work;
Points are taken for deaths, accidents and treachery.

The Game technically:
Every player is a ragdoll, he has direct control of the limb movement, a few "moves" are hotkeyed but otherwise its up to the player to adapt to the possibly weightless
enviroment. The physics engine should be solid and allow stuff like centrifugal force and proper collision handling, simulation of joint/beam stress and some gas(gas is easily
simulated with small rigid balls) The player operates things like spacecraft by hitting buttons, computer terminals will have seperate interfaces. For example steering a
space ship would be archieved by simply grabbing the joystick and moving it around. Living beings would have simplified anatomy too, can die from bleeding out, damage to vital
organs and such, joint/beam stress simulation would be involved in the simulation of joints and bones. This would allow for players to specialise in surgery, and enjoy zero-g blood spurts
as they remove cyborg alien parasites from the chests of their buddies.

Research:
Completeing randomly generated jobs and hauling raw materials to the trade station will yield the players with Private and Station credits, atleast 20% of the payment will go
to the stations credit pool, this can be regulated by the player elected captain/administrator. Things could be simple stuff like bringing a household animal like a cow or a
monkey into the space station, doing simple chemical experiments like lighting a fire or even advanced stuff like completing medical experiments on prisoners from the nearby
Orbital High Security Human Internal Torment faccility  (OHSHIT) wich is just a fancy name for space jail, where bad players are sent too, go nuts on the griefers, DR! You may
even be challenged to build a contraption to archieve a specefic purpose, like a space probe, or a moon crawler, an autopilot for the spacecraft.

Construction:
Constrution is done by heating joints enough to attach a beam, thereby creating frames and trusses on wich various space modules can be mounted by the same procedure, making permanent
attachments, or by mounting to a mount panel, for spacecraft and disposeable modules. Different modules require power, the crew also has to wire the modules together into a powergrid.
Various devices are operated by signals sent through signal wires, conveyed by radio/laser and even by direct human interaction through electrical debugging devices, popularily known
as signallers.

Various vessels:

Manned Crew Establishment SpaceCraft - A single engine space capsule,
                   its a single engine space craft
                stocked with supplies for the initial
               setup phase. It also carries people.
               At round start, people spawn here.
               It has only fuel for a single hauling, initially.

Manned Construction and Service Capsule - Construction Vessel, it features
               an electromagnetic hook and a male
               mounting claw for mount panels.

Hub module            - A six port hub module included as an
                easy reference point for construction.

6x MMUs               - Space Jetpacks for when rope & hook spacewalking gets boring/unreliable

THE BIGGEST WISH:

Captian Forever style graphics and very sandboxy, but goal oriented open ended social gameplay.

Made a dynamic, 10 second reading to the text but whatever game that present those features get done, I will test it play it buy it break it fix it technologic

It honestly feels like a lot of their problems came from the fact that their entire team was composed of cats, and the people who were supposed to be herding them were also cats.

Pretty much, was just a design doc i cooked up for later usage, thought sharing it would be nice. :P
But maybe i should stop dumping everything between heaven and earth :P

Actually with a simple implementation of SFML, Box2D and Lua, i could make it work. :P
