Does there exist a Vanilla+ mod?

I've been hunting through these forums for the past 3 hours trying to find a mod that doesn't add a whole lot and largely keeps the vanilla flavor of DF. Some new buildings (display case, for instance), new wild animals, maybe a metal revamp, nothing crazy. No new races or anything. Just a mod adding a tinge more complexity to the basic DF.

Does anything like that exist?

If it doesn't, would people be interested in something like that?

And... Sorry, afaik there are small mods that change basic things, like allowing coke to be used as an ingredient in steel production, but nothing afaik that would add complexity without changing too much...

Warlord's Bonfire mod adds some fun without changing core gameplay much: http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=58806.0

Also, you can use the DF Mod Manager ( http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=74828.0 ) to edit mods, i.e. remove the changes you don't want. Or add small mods together to make a larger one.

You should take a look at Dig Deeper. The front has a list of all the added stuff, and it's real easy to look through the raws and find what you want to include in your version.
