I would mark myself as a bit of an omni-geek. Got interests all over the place with rather adequate knowledge is most of the fields, and quick learning dabbler of others, provided interest in it of course.

Being around a musical family tends to help keep interests broadened. Ironically, I'm the least musical (I have a good ear for music, I just willingly not sing or play instruments. Talents there, I just don't use it. No point in needing to.). Being a bit of a Tropeaholic tends to extend my range further (interests-wise).

I'm a serious music/history geek, and to a lesser extent I'm obsessed to geek levels with beer, mechanical things, science and literature.

Music still rules my head and heart though. Nothing else has changed me as a person as much as truly discovering and examining music.
