I played both, but there are no people to perform !!SCIENCE!! on.
And you cant do real surgeries in ADV mode, i mean you cant really slice up bodies and remove organs and then stitching them to their eyes or something.

Also, i made a scientific breakthrough in "The Torture Game 2", i sucessfully removed his lower body, keeping him alive!

Personally, I think the operation that guy really needed was a gastric bypass, because he's so fat his belly is covering his penis.
