Other Race Noble Immigrants

So I know the Monarch can be of another race...


Will they always be buggy and "TAME" if they are? Is it possible to get other nobles as a different race?
I think it'd be amusing if I could get say 2 or 3 pairs of another race in the fort and see if they outbreed the Dwarves.

Wait, is it possible to get Goblins...? :D

Well since all the immigrant nobles except the monarch are bugged currently, no one would know if the other noble types can be another race. And the barons are appointed from your population now. We do have tigerman mayors, though thats because they don't immigrate, but are captured or bought.
