Just under the Bold button is an image button. Click on that, and insert the link the image hosting site provided you with inside the img tags.

You must use an image hosting site. Try ImageShack.us or img.ie.

If you are using ImageShack, there should be several urls on the left side of the screen. Copy the one labeled 'Direct link', and paste it inside of the image tags.
