That would probably have to be a video LP, and I have no video editing software and no clue how to use one. It is a fun game though. I was thinking Galactic Civilizations 2, since it's turn-based.

Do this, I would totally join in on a Lets Play of that. I love that game so much.

There was something mechanically wrong with 4 nations. Maybe cut the peace treaty in half next time and remove a nation? More drama between 3.

Or even if there's 2 you can have warfare without having to worry about a dogpile.

Well, I did end up cutting it down to 3, and things were starting to get interesting (the US jump scout got blown up); I was happy with how things were going except for the lack of orders.

If I do it again (still a little sore about this one), I'll probably do something similar to Sheb's game, with different forums each controlling a side. Having everyone in constant contact seems to make them chummy.

I wont budge on the treaty, though. It should be encouraging violence, not stopping it. You could enforce a claim on some planet, or land troops and steal a colony, at absolutely no risk to your main colony. Even if your entire fleet gets destroyed, well, you save on maintenance and can build new ships with updated tech.

Meanwhile, without the treaty one sneak attack and an entire nation gets *leveled* in a day.

BTW, what happened to my scout ship? I'm assuming an alien attack.

Yep. From the speed, I think it was precursors, but I'm not actually sure. Whatever it was blew up the ship with something called a "Scipio anti-ship missile". It actually took two volleys to kill, which was kind of funny :P.

I still have the turn files, if we ever get a full set of players again :P

I really need to learn HOW to play this game... It never seems to open a game window when I last tried (last year I believe... Time to DL again I guess lol)
