Hello everyone !

I'm kind of desperate. For a long long time I've been playing DF and due to the Mac changements (Intel thingy) I can't play it anymore since 0.31.13 (yep, it's been a while now).

I thought I could handle this but in fact, I can't. I miss my little buddies, digging, tantrum spirals, fun and of course Fun.

So, does anyone know where I can download DF 0.31.12 for Mac (and maybe the graphic tilset with it) ? :(

Be assured I've already looked there. 31.12 is not downloadable for Mac :)

You might also try the Linux version, just run it from the command line.

I'm playing .25 on an intel mac.

There's a native port for the Intel mac. It's the old PPC macs that have trouble. However, the Mac OS core is a Linux kernel. The Linux version might run natively for you. Though I personally have never tried it.

I believe you're mistaken.  The Mac OS kernel is derived from the Mach kernel with some contribution from NetBSD and FreeBSD.

I believe unless that support is already set up, it would be better to look at running DF in its native form, which is Windows.  I do everything I can in Debian Linux, but I still mostly game on Windows, because most games lack a complete port (with support tools) to Linux.
