So last year I get a duchess or baroness or somesuch nonsense who arrives in my fortress and instantly turns into a countess with even more absurd demands. I fulfill the ridiculus room office and burial requirements just barely with the last of my platinum. Next year ANOTHER countess arrives with the same absurd demands that I can't possibly fulfill, AND brings along another consort with the same demands, I'm pretty sure I am only supposed to have one countess, so why do I have two?

I just got a second Duke and a second Duchess Consort.  Doesn't seem quite right to me.

Bump, I somewhat solved the problem by starving the previous countess/consort to death and installing the new ones in their quarters. Never did like them much anyway. Not so much as a wooden cup demand from the new ones yet.
