LCS creates a strawman of conservatism as well as a strawman of liberalism for the purposes of satire. Any resemblance of actual politics is unintentional and not to be taken seriously. Should you find yourself taking LCS or any derivative work as an accurate portrayal of the American political specturm, please turn off your computer and refrain from voting for at least four years.

Oh, the resemblance to actual politics is entirely intentional. It's just that a liberal dose of exaggeration and crazy has been injected into the internal reality of the game.
