DF crashed while I was selecting a site for a new fortress. Last item in errorlog is "Recieve job pay: NULL JOB", dunno if that's related.

Can't seem to reproduce it so it could be due to faulty memory or something...

Another thing, I just noticed I get vastly different fps depending on which site I'm selecting, why's that?

You mean you get different FPS after you select the site, or during selection?

My bug is related, so I'll post it here.  I just abandoned a fortress after accidentally flooding the world, and I decided to reclaim it.  Well, I've abandoned several fortresses in this world, and I couldn't remember which one was the one I wanted.  Anyway, when I tried to select one site for reclaim, the game suddenly crashed.  I hope that wasn't the one.

Hard to say what's going on with either of these.  We'll have to hope most of it's handled for the next version, and catch what's still happening there when I can use saves again.

Bleh.  It was that one.  I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that it was flooded?  I dunno.  I visited with my adventurer and it wasn't very interesting.  I couldn't get in.  I just saw a river starting close to where the front doors used to be.  I guess there wouldn't be anything to reclaim anymore, anyway.

I'm afraid this bug might be more pervasive in this world.  It crashed after an adventurer died and I was trying to save.  Or maybe that's a different problem associated with adventure mode.  At any rate, I thought I ought to report it.

If it wasn't pervasive, it is now.  I just got an inflate -3 error when trying to create a new adventurer.

Oh well, a fresh new world will be nice, in a way.  I'm definitely going to make backups from now on.
