Humans Traders leaving via Hell (Spoiler).
« on: July 25, 2011, 05:21:48 pm »

Has anyone else seen this?

I suppose inside the game the edges of Hell on the map is still the edge, but I find it interesting to contemplate what the human trading mission will be like (especially as the traders *split up* and headed in different directions). Are they experienced at this sort of thing? Do demons, haunts, and fiends buy a lot of used goblin clothing and bone trinkets?

Will traders ever appear from hell? :o

Edit : Actually, there was still a clear path to the surface. The Diplomat left via the surface at the same time.

If traders can't path out of the map above ground, they'll go out by the caverns. It's a known bug. I guess it's the same with this - your traders could'nt path anywhere in the caverns or above ground, so they used that way.

Also, spoiler your thread ASAP.

They'll leave wherever possible. How did they get into your fort, if the best way out was hell?

And spoilers would be nice. Mess with the noobs as much as possible, y'know.

It should be fine, they will normally arrive above ground and will only path through caverns after conducting business with you.  Their civs might dislike their caravans being slaughtered though.
