and i tried to create a little game using Rpg maker VX.
(which is a funny and easy program, imho)
while i actually ran the project on their forums, and asked for feedback, i didn't receive any at all, which made me lose interest in the project, (not even negative ones, which were the ones i was actually expecting).

so i'll place in the spoiler what i wrote on the other forum:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

as i said before (and maybe also in the past) i would truly enjoy feedback. Even of the kind of "it's an horrible, horrible game" it's not completed, since i did leave things there for lack of interest, on the other hand, i would truly like to know What makes it horrible/decent? can someone truly call it decent?

i suppose i grabbed the right section to post this, (and i double checked the forum guidelines) before posting it here.

I just want a feedback and to know wherever or not i should continue it (during the summer) or not (so i should grab something else to pass time).
the file is an exe, just doubleclick+install, it's in a pokemon graphic (sprites and all) but it shouldn't be anything hard on pcs...(while i dunno about the smaller pcs, since the program requires a minimum resolution of more than 800*600, but that's just the game-editor, so maybe you can play it fine on a netbook)
i used mediafire to upload it, since it's a no queue uploader, and it should be easy.
link is again under spoilers.
*now waits to be feedback-annihilated*

those two are there to make a funny scene. one is death the other is a dead soldier, when you speak to them Death is surprised and disappears, then also the dead soldier disappears. You could call it a flashback in the flesh.

For the gate, it's quite easy.
First read the Plaque on the wall, or the two statues (pressing enter), that will give you the hint you need.
Then, proceed to speak to the statue on top of the left wall, by going under it and pressing A.
it will ask in what he and his brother (the statue on the other side) are identical.
the correct answer should be "Vocals"
(you can answer Pixels if you want)
he drops a sphere, you'll need three of them.
fight the sphere (there's a blue one, a red one, and a green one).
kill it, and then procede to the Crack on the wall, another sphere pops out, so go and kill it again.
Then the third one is once again against the wall, on the plaque or similar.
Killed all three the gate is now powered. (if you press enter next to the red orb on the beach, it will tell you it needs to be powered).
With the gate powered go in front of it and press Enter once more.
There you go, last fight and gate done.
