This is the only game for android that works purely on a touchscreen basis which Ive liked. You create a character by choosing a background and a starting nationality, which give different bonuses, and then proceed to make a name for yourself in the sector, be it through legirimate trading, smuggling, piracy, or bounty hunting. Very entertaining.

It isn't fantastic but isn't terrible either. The combat is... unintuitive. Half the time I don't understand what just happened.

Star Trader is not new to mobile platforms. I played it on my iPaq PocketPC and Palm.

I have had it for a while but don't play it often because:

1) it is not a quick casual game

2) it sucks down the battery on my Thunderbolt
