What should I draw my new avatar as?

I've kept this avatar for at least a year (possibly more) and while it does represent my general thought processes pretty well, I've been getting a tad bit bored of it and I want to replace it with another one.

I still want it to keep that dwarfy clueless but curious feel, so I'm not really interested in armor or axedwarves or any of the military stuff, but I don't really know what else I should draw.

Any tips or ideas for what I should do?

I haven't used this search engine in over ten years.

As for drawing ideas, try drawing a dwarf endangering himself to collect a pig tail sock.

You can make gifs with GIMP (or photoshop). http://www.gimp.org/tutorials/Simple_Animations/

Basically, name each layer 'frame # (<delay>ms)', then save as an animated gif.

You can also save flash animations as animated gifs, if you can find one of the old trial versions of Macromedia Flash kicking around.
