A bit silly to ask, really, but are all the summer achievements still there? I'm kind of tempted to try and get them all unlocked even for the games I didn't have during the time to get them.

Yeah, all the chieves are still there, you just don't get a retroactive ticket, or the prizes for it.

Most of them are even in-game achievements.
