Does Toady know how much more he'll add before the next release?

Do you think that Toady One has a plan as to how much more that he'll add before the next release, or that he lacks such a plan, or that he has a plan but is almost certain to add extra stuff to 0.31.26 or whatever it's called?

He has some plan, but we're not quite certain just what it'll add outside of night creatures and undercity inhabitants and loot, as well as the town travel map. Basically, the game is supposed to be fun in these new dungeons and catacombs and sewers.

He plans on adding everything to the game before he releases it.

Everything.

IMO it sounds awesome by his descriptions, I just hope he releases it before November 11.

I'm not sure if I hope he releases it before August 30, or long after it...

I don't think he ever really knows how much he adds. He just sort of works with the game and adds stuff as he sees fit. When it all works together, and "the game deserves to be seen in public," he releases a new version and continues working, on a marginally different path or tune-ups.

That being said, I doubt it'll be out this month. You're free to hope, though. Everyone's definitely looking forward to the next release.

He's just adding adventury stuff until he feels like it's fun enough to release.
