adventurer mode civil war bug
« on: February 10, 2008, 03:28:00 am »

I retired with a drunk follower(I'm not sure if the follower had anything to do with this or not) in adventurer mode, then later unretired went to a different town in the same civ and started a fight, now after about 4min of this the shit hits the fan:
The Peasant attacks The Drunk but He jumps away!
...
The Peasant attacks The Peasant but He jumps away!
...
The Child punches The Peasant in the upper body with her left hand!
...
The Drunk leaps at The Child!
...
The Peasant punches The Peasant in the lower body with her right hand!
It explodes in gore!
Peklod Sungothecsha, Peasant has been struck down.
The Child struggles in vain against the grip of The Peasant's left upper arm on The Child's hippo leather thong.
...
It just get worse after that, but at least it's entertaining(not the last part though). Also children shouldn't be wearing thongs...

I tried to leave the area and see if I could get the civil war to spread to other cities(via migrants), but when I left the city the game crashed.

Had you joined any religions or anything like that?  I think it clears out old town affiliations when they move in world gen, but it might be residuals from that as well.

I had joined 2 or 3 religions(maybe one from the kingdom I retired in too) from a neighboring kingdom(where it turns out my char was from but I didn't notice because their borders overlapped).
