[38b] The Morbid Shuffle
« on: April 23, 2008, 10:44:00 am »

Dwarven skulls and bones keep getting hauled to the graveyard pile. Since no dwarves are dying, I'm assuming it's coming from a grave.

...Except all the graves have their bones and skulls.

(Well, a kid's grave has 4 bones instead of 6.)

Your dwarves have learned how to duplicate bones, apparently.

I've noticed that sometimes dwarf bones will pop out of the coffins and get hauled to the graveyard stockpile before being reburied.

Yeah, there's Bug 432 with the popping out of coffins, but do we have confirmed duplicates bones being generated here?  It would be nice if you could catch where they are grabbing them from (did you see?).

I haven't seen yet. I'll set up a recorded video to watch my graveyard for a bit while I play on my desktop.

This is a great idea. What a game, where we have to carefully monitor our dwarves to find out what mischief they're up to while we're not looking...
