looking for an old fourm Thread :C
« on: June 18, 2011, 08:38:28 am »

about a year ago i found a thread that was talking about the most twisted things they did in the dwarf fortress or adventure mode like going into a randome village and wiping it out in the most disturbing way's and i was wondering if anyone has the link to said thread. I looked all over the place but to no avail. im reading the boatmurdered succestion game story as well and i was also wondering id there is and community game that ever beat it in epicness?

Are you sure you're using the search right? I saw a couple threads just using "most horrible" in Adventurer board. Might want to use 'evil' too.

If I Recall Correctly.

Also, please sort your grammar out? I know we aren't all brilliant at speaking English, but alteast using a capital on the first word of your sentance would make what you say much more presentable, same with using a full stop after you finish it.

Every few miles, [the dwarves] stop the cart.  One of the dwarfs (sic) gets off, digs a hole down below the dirt layers, licks the bedrock, and then they know exactly where they are.  It's called GPS: Geological Piquancy Sampling.

Things got... bad, and it was deleted. There's still one in adventure mode discussion now, I believe.

There have been many threads like that. Trying to find a specific one is near-impossible. Virtually impossible, if it's been deleted.

Just do a (Google) search for
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
and you should be satisfied. So satisfied you might cry.

It's been referenced. This thread can die now.

Glacial on dwarves being assigned socks:

You see, here's how I think this works:
Overseer: Welcome to the military! You need to wear socks! Dorf: Oh, I should get military socks. My socks are civilian socks. Dorf discards socks Dorf: You know, I need a whole lot of gear now. I should get socks... last. Oh, but these steel boots with the white goo on them are nice!
