[38a] Dwarven Caravans have wagons?

I'm on a site that has never had humans even though the site said humans had access.  Don't know if this is still the same in the new version, as that season hasn't hit yet in my old save, but the Dwarven caravan arrived with about 5 wagons each with a random military dwarf, rather than the usual axedwarf-only.  Is this normal in the new version?

I got this in my first year. I looted EVERYTHING from them. Awesome.

Yeah, this was a result of splitting up the entity tags and folding all the caravan stuff together.  Once the caravan arc comes up in eight to ten years, it'll change again, if not before then.  Ideally, caravans coming from one place will be very different from another, and have stuffs and modes of transportation that are interesting and distinct.
