Statues count as walls and not decoration for bedroom qu
« on: August 28, 2006, 01:39:00 am »

My baron and consort's bedroom are shared. One has been placed before the statue, the other after. One does not count the statue as a wall, the other does. One thinks the bedroom is Decent, the other doesn't.

Nevermind, both 'equalized' their opinions. The  room size thing remains, but I don't think it's serious

I did notice that room radius claims don't seem to "update" to take newly placed things into account right away (it was doors in my case, the room "spilled over" into the adjacent room even after the door had been placed.   A resize  fixed it, I don't know if it would have fixed itself over time.

They won't update on doors I think, yeah, though they'll immediately account for new furniture in the value.  Re-walling will add a whole new element of disaster throughout the game no doubt.  Plenty of things to screw up there.

Also, opinions don't have to be equal -- one noble might like something in the room for example.
