Normal materials clutter craft workshop

When making arrows out of bone, just the stack of 5 dog bones causes the workshop to go to white CLT.

Also, it's dashed annoying when the bones disappear from inside a workshop, for a job that is currently being performed with the dwarf working right there.  Especially if the bones were from an animal just butchered 1 day beforehand.  Ah well, it's a mysterious world...

Wow, just noticed something funky about the bone/shell/skull blasting part.  It's inside the part where it regrows grass on a square.  But when it actually does the blasting, it doesn't check only refuse in that square...  it blasts all of them...  everywhere...  like the Star Trek where that dude killed all the hooshnak or whatever.

This will be changed, and things will be much more reasonable.

Yeah, it seems the clutter is a bit unforgiving now.  I'll put enough of an initial cushion for reasonable work.

This explains so much. I'll be glad when it's fixed.
