No special animal needed, just add this to any "oil" plant should do the trick :

   [USE_MATERIAL_TEMPLATE:SOAP_LEATHER:PLANT_SOAP_LEATHER_TEMPLATE]

along with any other mods. You could re-use the "SOAP_LEATHER_TEMPLATE", but then the game would think it's an animal product, so it's probably better to copy plant soap material.

This is hitting diminishing returns though, as there's only quarry bushes to worry about, and you'd have to create a whole new material template (but maybe the mod could be incorporated straight into the plant, avoiding that)
