Does something in adventure mode break fluid repeaters? Because I have these upright spikes I set up specifically for this adventure, and it'd really stink if they didn't work now.

Wouldn't it be simpler to use a pressure plate and turn traps on in adventure mode in the init files?

Aurora on small monitors:
1. Game Parameters -> Reduced Height Windows.
2. Lock taskbar to the right side of your desktop.
3. Run Resize Enable

Maybe. But I didn't realize that could be done until I'd already built the repeater, and I'm kind of proud of getting the darn thing built.

EDIT: Do pressure plates that are triggered by water not work unless that setting is on? Because that would explain my problem.

Edit2: It looks like that would be what was going on.
