Need urgent help!

I just got into a fight with a zombie frost wyrm (Genesis mod creature). I beat it easily due to broken undead, but I now have its breath all over me. How do I remove liquid without water? (if I jump into water, I'll freeze instantly)

There's too much. Anyway, I jumped into a river and I wasn't at the "You are freezing to death!" state, so it all washed off.
