Well, after finding that one of my friends had left a couple things on this computer awhile ago, one of them was a already-set-up TeamSpeak3 server. And after seeing part of Soli's 404 Challenge last night, I thought it would be interesting to use the TS3 server (since it has the voice part, and it has a chat box at the bottom) and my already port-forwarded router to make another minecraft challenge here. (with a bit of suggestions by MoM). Its based off the 404 Challenge, but isn't it exactly. Same map, though.
Differences:
*We were sent out like you are in DF, not just to survive in the big cave. But ambushes and needing to eat/drink have used up all of the supplies, so we need to gather all we can and start digging before night and another ambush comes!
We will have 1 grass block at the start. Don't misplace it.
*If you die, you have to wait 10 minutes so that you appear to come back as a 'migrant' to the fortress. (which means the only limit on lives is how long you can wait on the surface. Dying to monsters up there does not count against you unless its after the 10 min. If you spawn in the cave for some reason instead, just stay put for the 10 minutes, same difference.)
*Possibly other challenges as well as we go.
