Hrm, PLOW part has both CONTYPE and a CON token. Not sure if multiples cause problems - try taking out one of them and see what happens.

EDIT: ENGINE_FRAME probably needs to be changed as well - I have a feeling your errorlog might be telling you something is causing issues. Being connected to itself probably doesn't make the game very happy.
