Can you force planepacking (making your craftsdwarf use insane amounts of materials) in 31.25?

Yes - restrict the moody dwarf to a burrow which does not include the claimed workshop.

Nah. Fey, secretive, even one of the unhappy ones like fell are better. Possessed sucks no matter what.

Getting a legendary mason is only a little harder than getting a legendary miner and similarly an inevitability in most forts.

I like possessed, because all the most expensive artifact were made by them in my fort. May be coincidence of course, still I don't care much if demons possess anyone. I have enough legendaries.
