Pre-embark import agreement, for first dwarven caravan

When you're selecting supplies during pre-embark you should also be able to tell your parent civ what you want the first dwarven caravan to bring, exactly as if you were talking to the dwarven liaison about what you want the next caravan to bring.  This would be most useful for guaranteeing that the first caravan brings an anvil, but would also have other uses.
