I'm guessing your survivor went mad, ending the game?  That's a neat feature, having insane survivors attack reclaimers if the old fortress ended with everyone insane.

...I didn't think you'd meant you managed to flood the whole world with magma, though.  Reminds me of older versions.  Hey, how did it look, out of curiousity?  Did the magma just not flow off the edge of the world like it should have?

Yeah, The survivor went mad. I think. I wasn't looking, I Tabbed in, Unpaused, and it ended. =\

I don't know if it flowed off the edge. If it did, it didn't do it fast enough. Magma came out fast. Real fast. Even the amount that went to the chasm didn't slow it's advance much.

The thing is, Magma's not supposed to flow up at all.

Yes, but by Toady's fiat, magma does not (should not) flow upward.  So I also think this is a bug.  As well as the more serious infinite magma bug.

Indeed. The infinite magma is a bit annoying. Although, It makes it so I can move it whereever I want. And I'll always have space for Magma Glass furnaces.

Has anyone managed to make a magma generator in .33g? Magma/lava doesn't seem to want to climb stairs or ramps anymore.

Read the first post of this thread. In .33f, it did, and it caused an infinite magma flood. I tried to replicate this in .33g, it doesn't work anymore.

Just updated, got the magma machine to work. http://mkv25.net/dfma/movie-251-magmaflood
Here's a save, too. Just wait for the Carpenter to build the windmill above the first pump, then pull the left lever in the Lever Room.  http://rapidshare.com/files/79080547/Magma_Flood.7z.html

Give me a minute to seal up my fort and I'll see how long it lasts.
