Hello , Im kinda new to Adventure mode and i find it very attractive
But ive run into this problem with the items , How do i unequip an item? , Like if i want to take of that shoe.
Please help its making me angry

I think you can remove it from equipped with the (r) key (could be wrong, haven't played in a while)? Or just (d)rop it. I think you can also (p)ut equipment in a container you have.

Yes, make sure you (p)ut the item in a container after you (r)emove it, otherwise you will run around with it in your hands.

You can (d)rop the item or (t)hrow it at an enemy if you are say, getting a new piece of gear in the heat of battle.

Also, if an item is 'sticking' into you, such as an arrow, you should be able to (I)nteractive with it and pull it out.
