Q: how does one get a HR from it's confidence interval?

in particular: the question is this:

We have a Hazard's Ratio whose confidence interval goes from 0,75 to 12. What's the approzimate value of the Hazard ratio?


I know the answer is 3, but I don't know how they got there.

Edit: NVM: Sqrt 0,75x12=3
