Evil infighting - Possible?

Hey everyone...
I'm fairly new to modding, and I use Deon's Genesis mod when I play. When evil creatures like demons and goblins arrive nearly simultaneously to siege, thematically it is fine, as goblins worship demons, etc. But centaurs and goblins? Is it possible for siegers to be modded to fight other siegers when they are on the same map? I just thought it might be nice to see gobbos prioritise killing the "revolting horsey savages" at about the same as the "tiny bearded hermits up yonder mountain", and vise versa.

Don't they already?  I've seen human and goblins sieges arrive simultaneously in vanilla DF, and promptly start fighting each other.

The difference there is that goblins are thieves/babysnatchers (which renders them hostile to all civs that aren't) while humans are not. Generally thieving civs will always be allied to other thieves, and babysnatchers always allied to other babysnatchers... which makes things difficult. Getting a civ to reliably attack you while neither a thief nor babysnatcher (or unable to communicate at all) depends on the ethics of that entity and how they interact with those of your own entity, and there just aren't enough ethic perameters for a large number of civs to all hate each other on that basis.

I believe creatures that cannot speak are allways at war with everyone.

Ah, I see. It was a long shot at best, but hoping for more infighting and such in the Military(armies?) arc  :)

No, Grimlocke's point should work. Find the relevant creature entries and replace INTELLIGENT with CAN_LEARN.

CAN_CIV was removed by Toady One for 31.0x.

Civs that can't speak only occasionally become hostile to each other. You're better off giving every civ dramatically different systems of ethics, maybe make some tree-huggers so they go to war with non-tree-huggers. Different ethics for lying and slavery are also common causes of war if I recall correctly.
