In case of itemcorpses it was the last one, at least a few versions back when I tried to make creatures to drop multiple items, so I don't know how is it now. It all depends on the compiler and in any case it's NOT a good idea.

I think that, due to to way raws are processed, nearly every time multiple conflicting tags are used, the only one that is used is the one that is in memory at the time of completion of the parse.  Meaning that if you have a [MALE] and [FEMALE] tag for the same caste, first the memory section for gender will be set to male, then female, and finally stay as female.
