Fey Mood:

your companion has started acting odd, mumbling and drawing on scraps of paper about something he/she calls "The Great Device".  Choose a companion.  He/she takes 3 of your items and creates something new.  Discard old items and draw 3 new.  Companion is now legendary +1.

Curse! Tantrum Spiral
At the begin of every your turn, throw a dice: with 1, 2, 3 or 4 you must discard one of your items. When you are out of items, you destroy something of another player and pass the curse to him.

Curse! Melancholy
When you fight a monster, throw a dice: with 4, 5 or 6 you instantly suffer his Bad Stuff and the fight ends. Otherwise, you fight him, but if you lose you can't escape and you always suffer his Bad Stuff.

Temple to Armok
Sacrifice a companion. You go up a level.

Dwarven Water Generator
+2 (+4 if you are a dwarf). Big, two handed.

Loyalty cascade
You loose all comapnions. If any of them gives bonus above your level, you loose a level as well.

Alternatively, we could have a [BABYSNATCHER] card that when played, makes a monster also take an item if you lose.

Also not familiar with Munchkin, seen it and wanted to buy, but never had the opportunity, so not sure how these would go..

For a start You'd have to have an Elephant in there wouldn't you? 

Nobles Mandate - lose an item from your hand and / or pick a player to get a beating?

Succession Game - all players pass their hand to the player on their right?  (similar to a card in the game 'Fluxx')

A caravan has arrived! - Roll a d6. On a 1-4, it is from the Mountainhome and they are willing to trade! Take the topmost treasure cards from the draw pile that have a value and put them on the table. The player may trade any number of cards of equal or greater combined value for any number of the treasure cards. On a 5, it is a caravan of Elves, where you may either do the same thing as described above, or attack them. They count as a level 12 monster and carry 3 treasures. On a 6, the caravan is ambushed before it reaches you and you must either fight a Goblin Ambush of level 9 + 1d6 for 3 treasures, or skip your next turn and take the treasures for free at the beginning of your next turn after that. !!Fun!!

Mod the Raws - like the Cheat card

Forgotten Beast - pick three monsters at random from either the discard pile, or, if there are not enough monsters there, from the draw pile. The Beast gets the level of the first one, the Treasures of the second and the Bad Stuff of the third monster drawn. You may then fight the Beast like normal. Shuffle the draw pile afterwards if it has been used.

Demon - Same as FB, but gets the levels +5, the treasures +1 and always has the Bad Stuff "You die" in addition to the ones drawn.

And then my personal favourite:

Savescum - You revert to an earlier save, you cheater you! Start your turn over again, returning all cards that have been played to their owner's hands, and shuffle the draw piles before you begin your turn. (Like the Time Lapse card, but funnier 8)=) .

So, whadda ya think? This could be fun... Oh, and of course there has to be special Race and Class cards for the dwarves only, as there are only one Dwarf type in the vanilla game. Nothing to stop you from playing with that set and being Orcs, Elves, Humans etc, but still. Maybe you always start out as a generic Dwarf but with no special powers, like a peasant or something (or the vanilla Dwarf powers from the regular game or something) and then you can gain Professions that correspond to things like Soldier, Animal Tamer, Brewer, Miner or Fish Dissector, and they give you separate powers each? And you can not have more than one at a time unless you have a Cross-Training card that allows you to have two professions at a time, or a Legendary that gives you three? Sounds good to me at least ;=)

Race - Elf

Animal friendship - When trying to flee combat, you do so on a 3+.
Unlikeable - You're a smelly, treehugging, abovegroundliving elf. No-one may aid you in combat.

Dwarf Fortress
Dungeon Card (requires the dungeon card set)

Any Human, Dwarf or Elf get 1 Tressure each time a Dwarf ends his or her turn from caravan Trade.
All monstes gain +5 Bonus against Dwarfs, if they are something that could resemble fish, dragons or elephants the bonus is +10 instead.
Any Monster with the Demon property is now from the eerie caverns, and it got friends! The monster gets multiplied so that each player, except thiefs, get attacked by one at once, you can not help others if you fight one on your own.

Fuck the World Device: Any Dwarven Player can at any given time pull the lever! If he does this all currently played cards and monsters get burned in magma. All players must make a run check or get burned too. If this happens they are dead and can not be looted except for equipment made from iron. After this is done discard the dungeon and go into a new one.

Will not pursue players under level 3

Bad Stuff: You are hit by a !!fire ball!! Loose 1 level and discard 2 treasure cards. If you can't discard enough treasure cards, loose an additional level for each card you are short.

Naughty Clown
Level 15 Demon
+3 against females.
Will not pursue players under level 3
3 treasures
Bad Stuff: The demon does depraved acts against you.  Loose 3 levels.

Noble
Level 5
If you win and used an item with fire or magma in the name go up an additional level
1 Treasure
Bad Stuff:  He issues a mandate.  You do not get any treasure for the next monster you defeat or help defeat.

Curse: Fell Mood
Discard a hireling card and go up a level.  Otherwise lose a level.

Curse: Fey Mood
Discard 500gp worth of items.  Go up a level.  Otherwise lose a level.


Creature Modifier: Body Made of Bronze
+10 Creature Level +2 Treasure

Creature Modifier: Body Made of Snow
-5 Creature Level -1 Treasure

You need to make said elf leather into the most amazing work of art.  Embed it with every kind of gem you have, stud it with metals, and sew images into it.  Erect a shrine outside your fort with that in the center.  Let the elves know that you view their very skin as naught more but a medium for your dwarves to work on.
