Tile Sets

Could anyone please tell me how to use them? I am getting desperate and have tried everything. I really like the game but I dont like the icons for people. If I could just change that the game would be beyond epic. A texture pack where creatures are creatures and people are people is what i am trying to use.

Get the lazy newb pack it comes with mayday and ironhand. It's really simple to set up the tile sets.  There are also a couple other features that could be useful for you.
