So, I've been wondering for a while now.. How in the heck is the military tactics skill applied? Has it even been integrated?

As far as I know, it isn't applied. It probably should be disabled or something so dwarves can't show up with it, but it isn't. Presumably, in the future it will do something, but what that is is questionable. Maybe it'll affect how quickly military dwarves respond to orders or somesuch.
