I can both look at the office and see that it is assigned to him and check his profile and see that he does in fact own a meager office (just like he wants).

But he spams "NEED OFFICE!" every second.

His office is the second from the corridor to the left (the game should load up centered on the Residential area).

I'm getting the same error. It just started saying he needed an office and I've not locked the door.  It's an opulent throne room due to many engravings, would this make any difference on the matter?

Edit: seem to have fixed it now, replaced the bookkeeper and then put it back to my previous one again.
