You need to tame some magma, and make it lay bee eggs.  :P

Tame all the clowns in the circus. They lay bees.

You'll have to provide warm, moist kittens at the end of each test chamber.

Capture exactly 51 elves, then throw them all into the magma sea AT THE SAME TIME. Note tHat it has to be at the EXACT same time or else you'll have to catch 51 more.

Spoiler: No really though (click to show/hide)

I'll do that anyway though.

I've seen messages about stings more often than I've seen the colonies themselves.

Probably best to set up a hive and order it to be filled, since the dwarves know more than you about where the bees are.

I am trying to make chickens lay bees as eggs. So far it only produces a single "Tame Small Creature" when a hen lays bees.
Honestly at the time, I didn't see what could go wrong with crowding 80 military Dwarves into a small room with a necromancer for the purpose of making bacon.

The best way to tell if you have bees is this; if at least half of the messages you get are about bee stings, you probably have enough to get a good few hives going.

I have only had one dwarf get stung by a bee. That time was when there was a colony right next to my entrance and I thought it was an anthill. Every non-freezing map I've played on has had them, though.
