Cannot replace front door destroyed by a troll

The tile where my front gate was is now empty: a troll destroyed it during the last goblin invasion. It shows as "smooth sandstone floor" when I loo(k) at it. There is nothing on that tile, not even blood. There are two pillars (smoothed wall) on both sides of the destroyed door.

And I cannot place another door on the same tile -- OR the tile behind it, which is also empty. Any idea what I should do? I'd like to have a lockable front gate.   :mad:

I fixed this one about a week ago, but I've been stuck handling the inventory refactor so I haven't released yet...
